Category (*)	Arts Education Theatre Visual Arts Dance Music Film Literature / Poetry Please choose a category for the event.	(*) Required. Select the art form that is appropriate for your event.
Start Date (*)	Please give the opening date for the event.	(*) Required. The date (or start date) of the event. Use the calendar or type in the yyyy.mm.dd format.
End Date	Invalid Input	Optional. The end date of the event. Use the calendar or type in the yyyy.mm.dd format.
Start Time hh:mm	Optional. Must be in the 24 hour format hh:mm eg 19:30.	Optional. Must be in the 24 hour format hh:mm eg 19:30.
End Time hh:mm	Optional. Must be in the 24 hour format hh:mm eg 19:30.	Optional. Must be in the format hh:mm eg 19:30.
Venue Details (*)	Required. Please give the name (and address) of the venue.	(*) Required. The name of the venue (and address if it is not well known).
